Shipping policy

Our products can be shipped everywhere in the world with the exception of Rimowa and TUMI. Your order will be delivered to the address you want. Shipping costs vary from the product you choose, and your location. When you choose your address and the products you want, the website calculates automatically the shipping costs.
All the items available in the Travel and Business Store includes the VAT value at the legal rate in Portugal.
The Travel and Business Store is not responsible for any fees or shipping costs, whether for countries outsiders or within the European Union (except Portugal). 

For Portugal, we offer free shipping on orders above 250€ and can take between 1-2 business days to reach you.

For countries in the EU, shipping can take between 2-3 business days to reach you according to the destination.

For countries outside the EU, shipping can take between 3-10 business days to reach you according to the destination.
